In addition to providing fulfilling, cutting edge contract positions, Pyxis Engineering is designing its corporate structure and policies to always focus on enriching our employees, not only financially but also emotionally.

Company Name

The Pyxis Engineering name derives from the star constellation Pyxis, meaning compass. Pyxis Engineering's goal is to provide our customers with the technological direction to solve any problem.

Company History

Pyxis Engineering was established in November 2005 and obtained its Security Facilities Clearance in January 2006.

The company's founding partners came together several years before while working together to build one of the most exciting small businesses in the Intelligence Community.

After seeing the negative effects of putting company profits before employee and customer needs, Eric Bennett and several founding partners of Pyxis Engineering formulated corporate philosophies and plans for a company that could be a "final destination" for highly skilled engineers.
